Shipping Policies

All our items are made by hand and to order, we do not have stock. Therefore, the manufacturing time ranges between 5 and 7 days. However, it could be extended to a maximum of 10 days due to the specific circumstances of the workshop at that time. However, if you exceptionally need your accessories for an earlier date, you can always tell us your situation via email or Whatsapp, and we will try to give you a solution within our possibilities.

Once the preparation is complete, you will receive an email from our website, indicating that your order has been completed and is ready to be shipped.

Next, you will also receive an email from the shipping company we work with, providing you with the tracking code for your package, so you can know where it is at all times and when exactly you will receive it.

Shipping time to the Peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla is 24/48 hours from when the package leaves the workshop. For the Balearic Islands it ranges between 3 and 5 days and for the rest of Europe between 7 and 12 days.

You can receive your package at the address you indicate: at your home, at work...

If at the time of delivery you are not at the agreed address, the company will contact you to schedule a second delivery.
