Returns and Refund Policies

Items purchased at BDEBRUNO.COM can be exchanged for another size or model as long as they are in perfect condition and we have sufficient stock in warehouse. To do this, you must send us an email to debrunobe@gmail.com, or write to us via Whatsapp at +34 671 48 29 56, stating the reasons for the return, within a period of 14 days from receipt of the product.

The products must be in the same condition in which they were received, show no signs of use or similar, and be accompanied by their corresponding packaging. After carrying out the relevant checks and authorizing the return, you must send us the well-protected item at your expense (you can also request that our delivery people pick it up at your home and pay the shipping cost). In no case will returns with postage due be accepted. Once received, we will contact you to continue with the return process.

The amount to be refunded will be made in the same way in which the purchase was made. Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum period of 72 hours, although if the payment was made by card, this period may be affected by the specific conditions of your bank. .

Notwithstanding the above, returns for defective or erroneous items are always free.
