Shipping policy

Delivery times

At BDEBRUNO we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

• Standard shipping (48–72 h): our usual option within mainland Spain.

• Express shipping (24 h): available for urgent orders within mainland Spain.

At busy times of year (sales, launches or the Christmas season), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Handmade production and availability

We work with limited stock, because every piece is designed and handmade in our workshop in Seville.
If a product is not in stock, it will be made especially for you, with an estimated lead time of up to 5 working days before shipping.

If you need your order urgently, email us at support@bdebruno.es explaining your situation: we'll do our best to prioritise your order and speed things up.

Shipping costs

• Orders over €80: free shipping.

• Orders under €80:
• Standard shipping (48–72 h): €4
• Express shipping (24 h): €6.50

These delivery times and rates apply to mainland Spain only.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

For these destinations, shipping costs are calculated case by case at checkout.
We also offer our customers in the Canary Islands the option of ordering through Banango, a platform that makes it easier to shop from mainland Spain, simplifies customs procedures and reduces shipping costs.

International shipping

We ship to the entire European Union, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
Any local duties or taxes are not included and are payable by the customer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
If the tracking link takes a while to activate, don't worry: it means the parcel is in transit and it will update within a few hours.

Issues or delays

If you notice any issue or delay, email us at support@bdebruno.es with your order number.
Our team will look into it with the courier and get back to you as soon as possible.
